I am a postdoc at Steffen Koenig’s group at the Institute of Algebra and Number Theory (IAZ) at the University of Stuttgart. My work focuses on representation theory and homological algebra, more specifically, on quasihereditary algebras, Ringel duality and bocses.
I did my PhD at the University of Oxford under the supervion of Prof. Karin Erdmann and my thesis was devoted to a class of quasihereditary algebras, called strongly quasihereditary algebras. I spent the first months of 2015 as a visiting PhD student of the NTNU algebra group, in Trondheim, Norway. I did my Bachelor and Master degree at the University of Coimbra, in Portugal. As a Master student I studied cellular algebras and the cellular structure of Brauer algebras under the supervision of Prof. Ana Paula Santana and Dr. Ivan Yudin.
